so here’s the story. iphone 5c on 8.4. the phone all of a sudden lost contact with the carrier. the status bar where it would show the signal bar and carrier name suddenly said “searching”. rebooting the phone didnt help, home and power button method didnt work, erasing networking settings didnt work, so finally called tmobile. they recommended getting a new sim card, which i did . the tmobile guy did another “network settings” erase after putting in the new sim card, and that made things worse. not only didi the new sim card not work and the phone still says “searching”, but now i cant get to the springboarde to make a back up. a replacement phone is on the way, but i want to back it up first since there are alot of un backed up pictures. icloud has long been full so no picutres are backed up there and need to do it on the computer. but activation always fails and i cannot get to the springboard. all the content is still there since the lock screen still has the wall paper i had on it. any way to backk up this phone before sending itback/
