I have an iphon6. I did the latest software update and then I got a mandatory Telstra carrier update – which I did. Post the update – I can no longer use 4G. I cannot make calls using 4G or access the internet – it is all on 3G. This is unfair as I pay for 4G.
Also – I updated my husbands new iphone 6 and he can no longer access 4G. Also, he no longer has access to the ineternet.
We are with Telstra and nobody within Telstra can help us.
Has anybody experienced the same problem???
